HEC, working as a subcontractor to H2M completed a project for the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. the project involved the redediation and disposal of asbestos containing floor tile (900 sf), roofing (15,000 sf), flashing (1,500 sf), facade tar (300 sf), panel boards (10 sf), exterior pipe and pipe hangers (640 sf), tar paper on exterior pipe (4,000 sf), tar paper from interior pipe (250 sf) and interior piping (40 lf).

HEC was hired as a prime contractor by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection to perform lead based paint remediation at various facilities in upstate New York.  Our contract value totaled $4.373 million and included six change orders totaling $2.44 million.  The contract included decontamination, hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste removal and disposal, as well as, disposal of PCB contaminated liquid waste above 50 ppm.

HEC was hired as a prime contractor by Columbia University (Department of EHRS) to remove asbestos containing pipe insulation (321 LF), window caulking (205 windows), VAT (7,663 SF), roofing/flashing (5,500 SF) and transite stairwell (2,100 SF) from McVickar Hall (floors 1-8 and roof).  Our total contract value was $449,222.00 and included four changes orders.  This project was performed over a one year period and in many phases. 

HEC was hired as a prime contractor by Vornado Realty Trust to remove asbestos containing mastic under carpet tiles (40,500 square feet), under carpet (6,000 square feet), VAT/ mastic (5,980 square feet), pipe elbows (2,000 linear feet) and pipe insulation (1,200 linear feet) from the 4th floor of 11 Penn Plaza.   Our contract valued $293,100.00.

Hazardous Elimination Corp was hired as a prime contractor by New York University to remove asbestos containing roofing/flashing, tar, felt paper, pipe and boiler insulation, fittings, window glazing putty and transite/ebony boards in three buildings.   Our contract valued $222,758.00.
